稀缺的勇气，人们会投以敬意并和你一起着手去面对你的，也是团队的挑战。正因为我们都有各自的优劣势，我们才有相聚到一起去共同努力的必要。不然呢，单打独斗就可以了。当你敢于自暴你的问题时，你的团队也才可能肯慢慢自暴他们的问题。这不就是我党一直坚信的要做批评与自我批评嘛。批评不是批斗，批评不是为了推卸责任，而是为了看如何真正承担起属于彼此的各自责任。
团队需要的队长并不是一个必须具备能够替代团队中的每一个人的能力的人，而是能够让团队中的每一个人都找到自己的位置，并且愿意为了共同的目标和利益而去持续奋斗，持续成长的人。能做到这样的人，那肯定是卓越领袖了。
所以，学会挖掘和依靠团队的智慧就是成为大团队长的第一步，而这第一步里的第一步就是充分信任和依靠小团队长。整合资源首先是整合自己内部的资源，而你的资源并不仅仅只是你这个人本身。分责与授权，放权与善后等等的操作必须得懂得了第一步后才能落地。
团队需要的是你的支持，这没错；但你也需要团队的支持，请牢记。
所以不要对自己有不切实际的神人化追求，也不要让团队对你有这样的期待，起码在当下的角色和阶段是不需要的。
